They called at 7.38am claiming to be from Microsoft and wanting to speak to the computer owner. They hung up when I answered no to all their questions about my computer.

Scam call claiming to be from Sky. Clearly with no understanding of broadband, and how Sky works. They try to get you to download software, it is criminal.

Same, sms charged to my by provider and I never sent one.

Got a call from this number, can’t find any search about this number. Too noisy! First said it was from Sky, (knew my name and address), said my contract ended now in begin of April, I corrected saying it was only next month. Then she said they needed to do some checks to see if they could offer me a better/cheaper deal and asked me how much I pay monthly. It was when I said if you’re from sky you should know how much I pay. it was when she said she wasn’t from Sky but from UK utility something. I hung up

Fraud Claimed she was the techincal dept of Virgin Media and that she could see that my internet connection was fluctuating and that she could restart my router to get a better connection. I told her she had called a business and which point she hung up.

A call from this number (unaswered) was received late at night by a phone that has been hacked two weeks ago and the service provider seems not to have been able to put the account out of reach of the criminal, despite a great deal of correspondence with them. SCAM Some foreign (Indian as usual) scammer phoned and asked Mr (me by name) I answered yes and they said they were (English name, obviously made up and theirs for the day) and from Life Insurance. Then asked how I was doing and when I replied they just hung up. HOW RUDE! Pity really, as I pride myself on keeping them on the line as long as I can.

He said with an accent he’s from the phone warehouse. When I replied I don’t know anyone there he hanged up.

They claimed to be lowell but when I got transferred to another colleague they both sounded like the same person so it is likely that Lowells number is being cloned by scammers which gives then legitimacy as when people search the number they will find it belongs to the lowell Because I have been in an iva that includes lowell for over a year lowell would know that and not contact me also the amount the caller said I owned was a lot less than I actually do which is a way that they can gain peoples details b
