Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Accepted the call but didn t say anything, the automated system waits for the word "Hello" before reeling off their rubbish to you. The call stayed silent before cutting itself off. Added this number, along with a few others, to my SPAM entry in my address book.

Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Well if they were a decent company they should be using the latest TPS register but obviously they are another scamming company flouting ALL the rules.
