I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. This seems to be some kind of estate agency call centre. They called me apparently representing Burchell Edwards from Derby, so I guess they work for a number of agents chasing up dead leads

Called to say I had orderd a new sim card, told him I hadn t, he said he was from O2, and that they could save me money, told him that I had the best tariff, He had an irish accent, and then OK and hung up. Dont think this is o2.
