Don't know this number but keeps calling

persistent harassment calls from slightly different number each time, which makes blocking difficult. If I don t answer, no message ever left on answerphone.

My daughter is 16 and doesn't even drive yet and is constantly getting these calls

Calling day and night everyday, i just do not answer. Seen on another site that it is a Debt Advice company but do not know the name.

This is updating a previous comment I made. The number is definitely Social Services but you cannot return the call to this number directly as it seems to be a main switchboard and is constantly engaged - you need to have the extension for the person who contacts you. If you don t have an answerphone then you will have to answer the call to find out who exactly is calling and for what reason.

Wanted to talk about a car accident I was supposed to have had - scam me thinks!!

got a call from this number and they hung up when I answered. few mins later someone rang quoting my name and address saying we had been getting unwanted calls. they could block these calls etc sounded good till charge of 1.90 a month mentioned. i asked who reported these calls but he said it was a general thing people in this area were suffering from. after hung up I checked the number of who called and was same as first caller who had hung up. these are the very same people we dont want calls from surely?

Called 4 times in one day! I thought about calling back but glad I didn t! I google every unknown number that calls me now. As of late, I am getting unknown calls every other day. I m not sure who I gave these details to, but no doubt at least my phone number has been sold to scammers and or telemarketers.

Worst thing you can do, as it confirms to the other end yours is a proper phone number which will be sold on to every piece of scum in the known universe. Called my mobile and then landline number and a man with a Liverpool accent said they had been passed my details and they were calling about an accident I d had. Told him I hadn t and they should not have my details and to remove them from their lists and also told him that both numbers registered with TPS so will report them.
