I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Call from man (no gentleman) with Indian accent who claimed to be from Microsoft Technical Department. When I jokingly replied that I was from Microsoft fraud department he ranted down the phone at me for 15 minutes in abusive language before he eventually hung up. I have had scam calls before but this one was downright offensive.

Scam, this number has been calling non stop but never answered as it comes up as smap call, Anyway after another call ???????? I answered it. They started asking for my full name, address, bank ect ect which I would not give them, i asked to speak to a manager to say stop calling, they put me on hold, I wait 15mins before I gave up. This is 100% a scam trying to get all your details. Would not say what company they worked for. So they are blocked and cannot leave anymore voicemails.
