SCAM RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER, IN A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS. THE MESSAGE IS THE SAME AND IS WRONG IN INFORMATION. THE PERSON THAT IS PHONING FROM THIS NUMBER, DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ALSO TRIED YESTERDAY FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER.

SCAM - pretend to be calling to book me for a conference at ExCel London in November because I have previously attended it before using a Manchester local number. Started with the call will be recorded and they have called earlier this week with a different number. When asked how they got the number hung up the call.

Rang today saying it was a debt company and my husband( who they didn’t know was deceased ) owed money for a long time . I didn’t tell them he was deceased and said if you want ant contact with my husband you’ll only get it through me , as this Indian insisted he spoke to him . I said do you understand what I’m saying to you if you have anything to say to my husband you won’t get passed me so either hang up or speak your peace . Called our company number purporting to be EDF energy, wanting to know our energy suppliers and contract terms. Advised not interested, but the man kept pressing for details in an unprofessional manner. Disconnected call but they called back and then hung up on my colleague.

Advanced Jason £50 in good faith to purchase a door for me haven't seen nor heard from him since.Avoid at all costs.

SCAM - says from uk revenue and customs, recorded by woman with American accent threatening court action if you don’t press 1 to speak to an agent. Don’t do it - all correspondence from government departments come via post!!!

Call from supposed local exchange and when answerphone cut in automated message informed me money had been taken from my card and to press 1 to contact them. Obvious scam as have had identical message from various numbers over the past year.

Scam. Claiming to be 02 trying to give 40 % off my bill. 3 consecutive days I've had these calls the fraudsters are obviously getting desperate I'm getting sick of them

Seems to be one of these broadband scam outfits - claims to be from Virgin then BT.

Automated voice said something about my Amazon prime account. As I don’t even have an Amazon account I believe this is a scam and have blocked the number.

Some keep on calling as when pick they go silence. I am vulnerable

Said they were from Carphone Warehouse. They hung up immediately when I said that I don't have anything from Carphone Warehouse. Seemed very fishy...

This number called me at 07:25 with an automated message saying they were from Amazon and that I should call them back, the line was very crackly.

Claimed to be from EE and that they could reduce my phone bill. (I'm not with them on this number). As soon as I said that their number was flagged as potential spam they hung up
