9.45 am. Asked for me by name. Asked where they got number."It came up on my screen". Said I was on TPS (what a waste of time that is) about to ask them to remove my name and they hung up.

Apologies my last entry should be rated as 9 Very untrustworthy. "Technical fault with your BT hub. Please go to your computer so I can fix it for you". Said I was unable to do so at present. He asked "Are you disabled",replied "what a thing to ask"! said "I m in a meeting, not free at the moment" "What meeting". With that I got fed up with playing along and rang off.

Asking about ppi refunds

Scottish power calling you everyday and asked if you wanted to switch energy plan, I said no and they keep calling, now blacklisted!

This is a scam. If your card is stolen and HSBC calls you, they wouldn t ask you to call back. I received a call from this number AFTER I cancelled my card. I terminated the call when I realised it was a scan. I didn t call back and didn t receive another call. A genuine fraud department would call again.

Getting repeted calls upto three times a day all trying to tell me im entitled to ppi. Ive been patient, silent, rude but nothing seems to deter these people. Really think they should stop wasting their money on repeatedly calling the same number to get the same answer. Think next time I answer the phone ill answer it as department of internal fraud and see if that makes a difference. Im ex directory and am still puzzeled as to how they know my name.

called me 4 times this afternoon everytime i told them i was tps registered. each tiem they just hung up as soona s i mentioned it. on the last one i held off telling them about the tps and made up gibberish answers to their ridiculous survey and told them i was 452 years old and then dropped the tps bomb. Company name said choose lifestyle.

Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. i took the call for someone else on their phone, and asked for more information from the company. Was told it was a personal call, when i could hear it was a call centre. The lady refused to give me any info and she told me thats its okay she will phone on the other number she has, tutted and was rude!
