Phoned my Dad with the same Microsoft rubbish quoting a serial number and saying that they would disable his computer, my Dad hung up but they rang straight back. Pressed her for where the report came from and she eventually answered with something I can t remember. Continually pressed "her" for the name of the person she was trying to reach, but just kept asking the same question. Eventually I told her no accident and she said my details would be removed from the list.
