I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam. Got a call from this number about government subsidised loft insulation. All questions obviously prerecorded as no matter what I answered it just carried on to next question. Unsure of the validity of this call
I am getting regular calls from this number and usually when I m at work and unable to answer. No message is ever left. One of my colleagues tells me it s marketing and connected with home broadband. It s becoming a nuisance now.

This phone number (01202403707) is from a representative (called Chris) of HomeLogic, a company that sells and installs LogicFoam loft insulation. It is quite safe and is not a scam. It's a cold call that tries to persuade you to install this type of loft insulation i.e. spray foam. The caller said that it's part of a Government initiative to supply every home in Britain with this type of insulation. However, I don't believe this - I suspect that this is just salesman's patter.
