foreign man who said I had requested to become a member of a trust. He said i could join for free once my account was activated. Sounded like the same person I had spoken to a few hours earlier who said he was from Greenfields.
I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.
