Information I beleive this is an Italian call centre in the UK as they called me on my italian cell phone in Italy from the UK.. When they rang I was busy on the phone. I rang back (3 times) I only got an answer machine asking to leave a message. I have no idea who they are.

Apparently a market research company based in Ashford, Kent. When I have to give my phone number to a company (bank, etc) I don t expect it to be passed to ANYONE - even a company doing research for whoever I gave my number to. I especially hate being called at 1900 - 2100 hrs and the phone not ringing long enough for me to answer it, even if I wanted to. Especially annoying if I m actually expecting someone to call and then the phone goes dead . Don t need this harassment at my age.

25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. I had a similar call a couple of months ago from a guy called Martin (by his accent a long shot on this being his real name) Claiming to be from D&G about renewing insurance cover. A woman called saying she was from my internet provider and the line would be getting cut of, she then suggested that I press one and speak to a supervisor, this is the third such call today. |I of course put the phone down but I'm sure these calls will continue until the police take it seriously and stop what are dangerous attempts to defraud.
