I believe this number is being used by scam callers. I received a text inviting me to call back, purporting to be from HSBC about a potential fraudulent payment. I would suggest that any recipient ignores any calls or texts from this number. Since it is a premium number any return calls will be outside normal free call packages. HSBC always use free call numbers if they request someone to call back.

I went along with it as far as first and last name, once they asked for my address i said you are Sky you should know this already so I hung up. If it is genuine then i dont think they went about it the right way. If they are not, then i am happy i hung up.

The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. They don t even ask if I want to advertise. Despite referring this to their complaint department they still continue to bombard me with calls. This is now harassment

Have been ringing me roughly once a month for years over a non-existent debt. Thankfully I have a truecall device, so they never get through, they just show up on the incoming call logs.
Just another one of many scam calls I have been getting for months now. Could be genuine but I doubt it. All from different numbers but all saying there is a problem with my Windows 10 account and my computer is being damaged by it. I did have the computer checked and there is nothing wrong. Different names used too, always a strongly accented voice and a call centre noise in the background. So, so annoying!!!!!! Could be dangerous but I do not get into any specific conversation or give any details away

Scam call asking for details of my lawyer, for tax default. Claimed to have written to me and wanted details from me. I didn t give them any of my details, they said because I wouldn t give them my information the police would be round my house in a couple of hours to arrest me. Person on the phone did not speak very good English as was definitely not from the HMRC.
