The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. These have been calling me non stop for days, the number comes up without the 0 at the beginning and when i tried to call it back i got an elderly lady who said i had rung her landline and she has had several calls from people asking her why she has rung them!
