Couldn't understand what the lady was saying as very strong Asian accent. Just been called and asked where they got the number. No response. She quickly hung up on me when I started asking questions. Undoubtedly a scam. I'm amazed these companies find this sort of thing worthwhile. Surely they just get hundreds of angry people on the phone every day with almost no take up of their scams.

Clive, Peter, Brian Stephen etc are NOT popular names in India as these people would have you believe. The bottom line is a simple one, if you don’t recognise the number, don’t answer.
