I got text off this number telling me to update my records as my payment for my 3 contract couldn t be processed, total scam

stupid ambulances chasers.

As soon as you answer, the caller shuts down so what is the point of them calling. nuisance value or to check whether you are in.No idea but these nerds are a menace to everyone.

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.

They called to say I had a minor accident in the last 2.5 years. When I asked what vehicle it was, they said they couldn t tell me because of data protection. I enjoy keeping them on the line while they waste their own time. Sometimes I tell them I m just getting the details and leave them hanging on. It stops them calling anyone else for a while until they get fed up.

Not sure who the caller is so didnt answer. If they call me again and like you guys have said it being about a dyson hoover. I may record this and make a right prank out of it myself and stick it on youtube :)

They found an advert I had on a pet website and called to say they'll advertise it themselves for 4 weeks free. I said that wasn't necessary and he said "OK"...

Some Fri 4 and 5pm calls unanswered. Return the call now and the line has canadian ish voice saying line is deactivated...but on the bill its 27 pence each time! Telecom should investigate its apparent support of criminal activity. Obviously money extortion racket. Criminal scum

Second call received from John at computer maintenance. First time when I told him that there wasn t a computer at this number he hung up, hoped this would deter further calls. But following day different time he phoned again told him that still didn t have computer and wanted to be taken off their database at which point he hung up. Waiting to see if they ring again.

It is one of those days.....I have had three of these calls in one morning when exceptionally busy. Criminals make up these numbers - all fake and nearly always different - to call me to try to persuade me to fall for their story that there is something wrong with my computer or internet connection. Their aim is to persuade me to believe their lies and allow them to infect it with something that would be very serious if I fell for their story that they represent Talk Talk or B.T. It varies. its a scam don t reply, they want you to ring the bank because someone has tried to take funds out your account of ?1500. report to bank soon as possible if you give any details out so they can block your account. Don t give out any personal information out.
