After three attempts to understand the Indian accent I got the supervisor, who bluffed through the same conversation and put me back to the agent. Agent then closed with some canned verbage which was 100% impossible to understand and hung up.

Received a call from 01784279719 on 24/08/2017. Asian sounding male asked to talk about my "Windows" PC. So for fun I asked which one? I m an old nerd and have all between Win 3.1 and Win 10, but I did not tell him that! He says "the one running the Windows operating system". It s obvious he is fishing for info! I sarcastically asked when this was and he confidently said August 2015 (I, luckily, have had no accidents) When I told him this he sounded confused before cutting the line. Total scam from somewhere in Ladybank/Cupar region.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
