Had a call from this number which rung once then hung up to have a private number phone back immediately. I answered and didn t say anything, neither did they, I left my phone, came back and the vall was still on going after 10 mins of no-one saying a word I hung up.

i tried calling the number (without using the number they call me) but my calls were not picked up.
Called from “the financial institution” wouldn’t clarify who that was or where they got my data, she got very angry when I questioned her and accused me of “playing around” and “being very rude” and then hung up on me.
Another of those calls when the phone is simply put down when I answer. Strongly suspect this to be a scam.

A woman called Lauren called at 8.30 am to say that a lot of households in our neighbourhood had been receiving unwanted and nuisance calls. I asked if she was one of them and she said that her company, DDC (D Delta Complaints – or having looked at other comments, maybe it was Data Compliance) was going to put us on a more restrictive and safer system to block the fraudsters. I asked for her number and she said 0292 000 8716 but when I did 1471 it was 0208 312 0993.
SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold.
