Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually. Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP. SCAM ... Indian who told me my Visa card had an attempt made on it to transfer funds overseas, originating from Western Australia. Started asking me if I also did transactions on the computer or internet with my account. I asked him why he needed to know that and he hung up.
Got a text from this number proclaiming to be Lloyds telling me I’d paired a device with them today. I haven’t done anything of the sort but the text wants me to clink on a link if “ this wasn’t you!”. I’ve decided not to click the link as I think this is spam and fraudulent.
Called several times now. Nothing heard when I answer. No messages left when I don t.

Apparently from BT advising there were "irregurlarities" on my network and that they would disconnect me unless I pressed "1" for instructions. Almost certainly a scam so I declined the invitation.
