this is co-op bank fraud dept asking if a transaction made on the internet last night was correct and made by myself. it asks to reply yes or no. if no then they call you to discuss. if yes they let payment continue. I am with the bank so all ok as far as i am concerned. they do not ask for your details in the text so beware anyone copying this text and asking for your name and details

DO NOT turn on any computing device until you have ended the call! Tell the caller they are a LIAR - they usually become abusive when you insist they cannot be from "microsoft".
