They keep calling daily and putting the phone down on the times that I do answer (sometimes it s a missed call so shows they keep trying). I have blocked the number today.

I read in the press that the STAR 9500 smartphone has been found to have a factory installed trojan virus. So I disabled my STAR 9500 and moved the sim card to an old phone. A few days later the old phone reported a missed call and a text message. The message was just this number. I didn t call it back.

Just spoken to O2 regarding this number and the calls my wife had been getting. They confirmed that the number does belong to O2 and is not a scam, it is their Customer Research (for want of a better description) calling to ensure she was getting the right deal for her and to see if she wanted to upgrade, so I suppose they re Market Research/Sales. Perfectly safe to answer. If in doubt, just don t give answers to questions you feel uncomfortable about.

Received a call in the afternoon, after answering it and saying hello the caller hung up. So I tried calling the number to see who this caller was and a operater responded that the number was dialed incorrectly. But I don t know how it could of been dialled incorrectly, because I didn t dial it as I just pressed the button on the phone to call the number back.

Accident claims experts ...according to their records I had a road accident 2 years ago which left me unable to work!?! Told them I hadn t but if they insist on numerous phone calls to tell me then feel free to send me the compo cheque as I could do with the dosh, at which point they became quite abusive and hung up. I phoned them back gave them a mouthful and told them to take my number off their system which they said they had done. 14 calls in 3 weeks off these muppets so I ve blocked them on this numbe

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! A pestilent fake American accent telling me my Amazon Prime sub is to be renewed. I have no interest in Amazon Prime and find thius sort of intrusion completely unacceptable. Twice today so far. All I can do is swear at the phone as it ism a recorded message but I really waant sometging some to stop these harrassing intrusions.

It looks like a scam number. I received a text from this number saying I have a parcel arriving and asked me to sign in a webpage.
SCAM / SPAM Received a text claiming it was o2 and my latest payment could not be made. Not even with o2 and this mobile number is registered to Vodafone lol. Do not click the link they send in the text!!
