Hung up after a few seconds without speaking. Not the first time I've been pestered with unsolicited silent calls from this number, despite being registered with TPS. Report them to ICO or Ofcom.

It is the Tesco Fraud Team, I did not take the call and immediately rec'd a text message regarding a genuine transaction. I was able to confirm this to Tesco by replying 'Y' by text. I immediately rec'd an automated text confirming receipt of my confirmation. Very easy and efficient.
Rang me twice over the past two days - first time I didn t answer straight away so after two rings they hung up but the second time I answered and they hung up straight away. Don t answer this number!

This is another number that I think has been made up by the Talk Talk fakers. If anyone called it they would probably find it did not exist but I am not going to bother. I have had so many of these calls I immediately knew who it was when I answered. As others have said spam caller, I would block it but they have a whole batch of numbers beginning 020389698** the last 2 digits change daily. My phone is registered on TPS but they still call so breaking the law doesn't bother them.I just reject all numbers that pop up from 0203 now
