Phoned my mobile i phoned later from my landline. Ethnic gentleman answered phone and said black and something couldnt really make out what company name was but was a definate call centre very noisy background. Added to my auto reject list

Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.

Purported to be the Financial Justice Ombudsman sending me a pack so that I can claim for fraudulent bank charges. Told me something would be in the post to me within 3 working days. They didn't pause for breath but when I finally got the opportunity to say I didn't want them to send me anything but thank you for the call they just hung up. Rude.
