Caller said he was from Openreach and my router had reported problems regarding internet speed. I pointed out that Openreach only supply and maintain local connection to the exchange not any service’s. Call was then cleared
SCAM - when I answered the number, it quickly turned to music as if waiting in a queue (similar to waiting to talk to your drs). So I rang it back and it said “sorry this number doesn’t exist”! I had been called by 0161 818 4494 and by 0161 818 4493 it was same for both they do not exist. So I took the last number off changing it to 0161 818 449 when I rang it said the same, it doesn’t exist! I think this is a number used by a company who cold call trying to sell you something, that’s my thought on this.
Can't believe anyone would want to call me from Hanoi! This number appeared on my landline phone bill and I queried it but they could not tell me who the number belonged to. I think this number should be ignored/deleted if anyone gets a call. I will certainly delete it from my phone.

SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

Some pre recorded computer voice voicemail message (I don't answer any number I don't know) something it said "case which is going to be filed against you our letter got returned please press one to avoid legal actions I" then it cut off. Blocked the number especially as its a mobile number.. Hate the sickos that do this especially as someone who suffers with severe anxiety what is wrong with the people that do this..

Claimed to be able to do home repairs free of charge. I told him the council do my repairs. He said they (council) are falling behind and would give a year's free rent if anything went wrong. When I told him that I would still have to go through council, he hung up.
silent then hung up. Usually what happens is I get some silent calls before the influx of thick Indian accents asking about my phone in the proceeding days. aka fishing for operational phone numbers via an automated dialer.

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!
