Threatened to disconnect landline & internet unless I pressed 1 on the keypad. It was a recording because it did not cut off when the answer machine kicked in. So beware, it is a mobile number and obviously they will not come on the line until 1 is pressed.

As soon as she mentioned payments I stopped the process as any decent company will take fees from what they claw back for you. I then checked them online and sure enough it was a complete scam! When they called back I told the woman that if anyone else called it would be treated as harassment and would be forwarded to the Police for investigation under the Protection From Harassment
