Phoned me a twice in one day but never answered.

I received a call from this number - merely answered it and put it down as soon as I got the recorded ppi message. It then appeared on my bill as a 28 minute phone call TO this number (during which time the bill also shows I made another call!!) costing over £11. Vodafone promised to reimburse but haven t. Grrr!!!

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call".
