Had the very same thing on this number 016188182004. Indian accent from a call centre, passed on to "manager". Told them them I knew what they were up to and that they were ringing from India. Don t give them any information and put the phone down.

I also live near the Limerick am with Metero and have contact a number of insurance companies including aviva, 123, chill and fbd.

I take great delight in stringing them along for as long as possible, listening to them get more and more frustrated as I keep asking questions about their blocking box .
