Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.

Received missed call at 18:50 which in itself is strange for a business. When I called it back there was a Click, and then a holding Jingle music started playing, as if I'd been transferred to another line. I ended the call after about 10secs. I would consider it spam

Automated voice saying that I would be arrested for fraudulent activity to do with my national insurance number. They wanted me to press 1 to speak to an officer - I chose not to because I was concerned I would get charged. When the message ended, the call ended. Definitely Fraud/SCAM.

Asked me random questions regarding whether I owned a dog, how much I earned etc, but when I told him I wasn t going to continue to answer his questions and put the phone down, he immediately called back. Phoned on several occasions and I still don t understand what the call is about. Very aggressive manner.

I jsut had a call from a sweet man give me this whole spiel about Great Ormand Street Hospital. I know great hospital etc. In the end I didnt donate because i am not in the position to financially, otherwise he nearly had me there. Other threads on the net suggest that this was a hoax.
