These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. My partner answered this call and the told her they are a company called GSK and that I had dealings with them ,told my partner that I had never heard of GSK she told the caller this and they hung up.
