SCAM identified themselves as north star insurance claim that my elderly client has an insurance policy with them, which he had according to person on phone but was still die a final payment of £400. They ve called several time despite our numbers being TPS registered abd their being explicityly asked not to call us. It a pity the law doesn t provide for significant penalties. Fines and compensation of a few million pounds would soon stop them.
