i took the call for someone else on their phone, and asked for more information from the company. Was told it was a personal call, when i could hear it was a call centre. The lady refused to give me any info and she told me thats its okay she will phone on the other number she has, tutted and was rude!

Esmee is a senior booker yet I ve just spoke to her and she had to pass me over to someone else as she was new and didn t know the answer. I guess I went a little off-script for her. Basically a telemarketing company trying to book appointments for people.
