Called from 01274797005 recorded message call transferred to 02036300251 this was the number he gave me. Said call blocking service better than my provider, wanted card details confirmed expiry date and renewal not sure if genuine so ended call.

Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had. They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. Calling persistently for a person who has never ever lived at this address ( at least not in the past 20 years! ). When I tell the indian call centre person this, as I do on each call, they then ask for the road or street number, which I decline to give them as they should know the details of the person they are calling for.
Phoned mid morning,sounded drunk could hardly get his words out, asked about loft insulation. When I said Our loft was already done he slammed the phone down. Bad experience.
