call flagged up as International, so didn t reply. Looked on another site and all reports said it was a scam and they d recently put ad on Gumtree, as had I.

I get calls regularly from this number. When I pick up they hang up. It's definitely a call centre and I am sick and tired of it!

01162 129945 This phone number is saying it’s from Virgin media aboutslow internet reported by my router. The voice sounds as if it comes from abroad, not Leicester, the caller sounds foreign. Maybe Asian call centre? The number was found by dialling 1471 and the call time and date were accurate Nov.30 @ 11:13a.m..

Rang me twice at 5pm on Saturday, no message left

I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number. They rang yesterday at 6.30pm and today at 10.45am, no message was left. In the unlikely event that the call was from Talk Talk, I have never dealt with that company, so they would have no legitimate reason to ring me.

harassing cold calling calls from virgin media trying to optimise your package, ie try to get more money out of you, generally the caller speaks poor English and so you tend to spend most of the conversation asking each other to repeat what was just said. really virgin if I want something I will ask

lots of calls from Crime Prevention company they will just not give up even trying to con a colleague into saying yes when I have already told them no!!! Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal. Calling persistently for a person who has never ever lived at this address ( at least not in the past 20 years! ). When I tell the indian call centre person this, as I do on each call, they then ask for the road or street number, which I decline to give them as they should know the details of the person they are calling for.
