Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. Scottish Lady selling Solar Panels! This is the 5th time in 2 days that this company has rang and i have told them each time to take my number off there data base is i am part of the TPS scheme also i am not the home owner this is rented accommodation!

Randomly messaged me saying "Hi number neighbour". Very strange and they only could have got my number through my mobile network provider. Marked as spam and deleted right away.

This number called me 4times first was at 16-31,16-42,16-53,17-01 every time i answered the phone no one spoke. So if this number ever phones you dont answer it.

I missed one payment in 25 years becasue I was abroad and forgot to pay before my holiday. My next statement says to pay by a date next week which I will do and it includes the missed payment. Fair enough you would think? I get calls throughout the day from this number and nobody is on the other end. I also get text messages telling me to make a payment now. LITTLEWOODS are about to lose my custom and I am not paying the £12 they charged me fo missing that payment.

This number was used to call me with unsolicited and incorrect "information" about my supposed "PPI refund".

DO NOT answer the call. They don t need to have a conversation with you, just toknow the line is active. They find this out by you answering. They then sell your details and number on to other advertisers and brokers.

just received a call from them. they addressed me with my sir name. I asked them what it is regarding? Guy replied he can t tell me anything until I confirm my all details due to data protection act. Just hanged up the phone.
