Or maybe they just work in the UK? I too didn t get far in the conversation before this actually nice lady hung up. I was also just curious about how they got my number. Easy answer really but hanging up to me was a sign that perhaps they aren t so legitimate. Oh well.

same as previous reports on this same number I too was called on mobile , did not recognise number and also do not answere any unknown numbers especially with 0845 Called me and never left a message. Rang it back and a voice message states the number is not in service

Six times in a week this number has called and as I am on holiday I am charged to answer UK calls and answerphone. It must be an automatic dialer as any sane person would recognise a foreign ringtone.

Caller stated that I or my husband had completed their medical information sheet within the last 12/18 months, which we had no knowledge of. He then went onto what aches and pains we suffer with, as this was part of their survey. Again we asked how they had our ex-directory telephone number, which he refused to answer. indian sounding lady called today, used my "nickname" that I don t use professionally, said that she was calling from Microsoft and that the technical team had noticed a problem with Windows on my computer. When I said I was an IT graduate with several years of support experience and that her story did not add up, and that she was calling from Watford where Microsoft do not have an office, she strangely put the phone down on me!
