Recorded English voice telling me that "according to their records" I had a previous accident claim or medical malpractice claim etc. I pressed no buttons and hung up. We re on TPS but this company clearly ignores that. Will report to ICO.

Lots of missed calls from this (and very similar) number - suspect it is cold calling scammers!
Don t answer!! Don t give any details!!! These people called my elderly mother saying that there was a claim for her vehicle insurance - absolute rubbish. Also the insurance is under my father s name so they basically got her mobile number from a database. Luckily I was here and took over the phone call where it became immediately clear that they were fraudsters. Being based in Haywards Heath and with an English telephone agent you d be forgiven for initially thinking that they were legit.

Called but hung up before I could answer. If it is Yorkshire NHS I don t know why they re calling as I don t live in Yorkshire.

SCAM pretending to be from your bank asking if you've made a transfer for £600 via western union. Obviously a Scam , can't see how anyone could fall for it but just writing this as a warning so it shows up as Scam if you've got smart caller ID on

Recorded message claimed to be from Amazon re my Amazon Prime subscription
The same recorded message about them "urgently trying to contact me". Energy related, mentions solar panels too, and concludes by saying they are UK based and government funded. The recording always states that you can press 2 to talk free to their adviser, but I never do in case this is redirected to a premium-rate number. I ve reported it to the ICO numerous times. Sometimes the same message arrives without a return number. Wish I knew how to stop this.

Scam call about visa transaction for £600
They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. They said that he needed to transfer ?11,000 from another account to sort out the problem and he would give the details of the account that he needed to transfer the money to. I recieved text from this number - claimed to be a Royal Mail message saying they were holding a parcel for me that had a surcharge - it asked me to use a link to arrange delivery. I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.
