Fraud Stated they were from BT Open Reach and my internet spped was slow as engineers were working on my line. Asked me to go to a www site and you know the rest - wanted to access my system to steal - SCUM!
They told me that the warranty on my Hotpoint washing machine had expired today and asked if I would like to take out a new Service agreement. I advised them not to begin a call with a lie. (My Hotpoint w/m is 2nd-hand and has no warranty.)

SCAM I don't pick up on unknown numbers so they can leave a voicemail if they are legitimate No voicemail left, after ten minutes I called the number back and this was the message : "This is an incorrect number please check and redial" So my advice, never pick up, wait for them to leave voicemail, google number and then call back if needed HTH
