Bank scam. Automated Called telling me I had 3 attempted transactions from my bank for large amounts. Asked me to press button for more info. The only button I pressed was the block number button.
Called my work asking to speak to the business owner about leads generating. I said to send us an email as none of our management are office based and the guy said ok. Then immediately after I hung up the phone, the same number called back again and a different guy was on the line asking for the business owner again. I said "I just spoke to you guys and you said you'd email us" then hung up o him. nuisance callers!

SCAM I don't know anyone from that part of the UK. I hadn't picked up the phone. Probably a call from strangers hoping that I'll return the call, which will have a huge fee, that goes directly to their bank account.

Just received a text from this number that began 'Morning Mum...' (I'm not a Mum!) and the text said that they are calling from a friends phone and their battery is about to expire so please call them back. Just had a call asking if we did embroidery services (which we don't) and digital services for design work. He then asked me for the prices we charge for this? I told him that we do not have a standard charge and I will not be stating a value - very thick accent which was hard to be able to understand fully. Very polite though.

Claimed to be from Virgin, calling about internet. Got increasingly frustrated with me when I said I didn’t recognise the number and would call Virgin myself. Didn’t believe the guy with Indian accent and I hung up when he wouldn’t go away. Scary as it sounded like a big call centre in the background and it would be easy to get sucked in. Hope everyone hangs up and karma catches up with what I believe are scammers.
