Asked him for surname - refused request saying why did I need this just connect call. Advised unable to connect call - his response was to call me a stupid b***h. 'Darren' from 'Highland Legal' about an accident I have had in the past 2 years. When asked about where he got my details from, he told me I was entered into a database. When I told him my accident didn't cause me any injury, he tried to tell me he would claim for 'stress and inconvenience' - told him it was being sorted out and there is no stress involved.. he hung up the phone without saying thanks and goodbye. That was the worst part ;)
