I got a call from this number informing me that there was fraudulent activity on my bank card.
Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. Don't you think? I would avoid this link and if you are really worried call up Natwest on their official number.
