Just answered a call from this number and was told they were looking to speak to S MacDonald which is myself. They said they were calling regarding a personal matter on behalf on a mutual client but could not tell me any more information until I confirmed by details. Girl was rude and very blunt on the with her responses. I will not confirm any details unless I know who is calling but she refused to disclose that to me. Hung up

I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. I received a call from this number asking for a random name. When I said wrong number he asked me to confirm my number back to him! When I asked him if he would give his number to someone that cold called him he hung up.
Had a few missed calls from this number. No voice mail left, so blocked number. They then used slightly different number so that is now blocked.
Call went unanswered as number not recognised, but pre recorded message left purporting to be from officer of HMRC and threatening issue of arrest warrant for immediate arrest if option 1 not selected. Could be threatening/scam to vulnerable person

Suspect this is a spam call. Message left on answerphone was generic in that no person was identified. Stated that two sums of money taken from my account - no mention which account. The information was false. Wanted me to make contact with them.
