Just received call from this number. Didn t answer and no message left. I rang 1471 and obtained number and rang it three times and it was a dead line.

To be honest anyone idiotic enough to fall for a scam like this deserves to be scammed.

Saw the random number and predicted immediately it would be an insurance scammer. Sure enough, English sounding girl on the phone asking about recent accident. I told her I don t want to participate in her scam. She paused a few seconds and told me she was just calling from an insurance company (didn t actually say a company name). I told her no she wasn t. Spam caller with no facility to ring back and talk to anybody. All you get is a musical tone.

Had a missed call. Called back and was told it was EE and that no further action was required! Strange ... maybe they were testing the number to make sure it was still in use for further nuisance calls!

Called again 11.12.14 @ 1620 hrs. Recognised as nuisance cold call so not answered.
