A Company called "TheFull Financial.co.uk" claims it can claim on my behalf over ?11,0000 as a result of misselling of a half interest half repayment mortgage I took out in 2003. The Company wants over ?1,500 as a down payment on a credit card in order for them to investigate the matter with my mortgage provider the "Halifax."

This is a research organisation that will be passed on your details when you use a service like Police, Fire, Local Authority or Social/Housing Associations. They get your number from one of these organisations. You can ask to delete your number and they do comply. If you don t want calls from this number, please be sure to inform the above associations you do not consent to your data being shared. They can be persistent and a nuisance if you don t answer and simply ask to delete your number.

I have had 6+ calls from this number to my mobile, some dropping out immediately, but they appear to be pursuing hearing loss claims. I have asked for my number to be removed on several occisions, but so far with no apparent success.

They are using a stolen name of a registered company which they do not own and are infringing on a UK trademarked name which they also do not own.

I had a missed call from this number and having read here that it was a debt collection company I panicked that I had forgotten to pay something! So the man on the phone searched my number and in the meantime asked for my surname. I replied that surely he should know my surname as it was them who called me.
