SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:22 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Received call from this number claiming to be "The Preservation Advisory Service", saying that an article in the Telegraph had highlighted how additional home insulation could reduce air quality and that they offered a free air quality measurement service. When I asked which company he worked for, he said his manager would tell me after I had arranged a visit from them. I pushed for this and he hung up.

02036109310 SCAM I believe, Claimed to be Edward from virgin media about my firewall protection...was very keen to want to send me something on my mobile. He was momentarily interested in sending it to my laptop until I told him it was a work issued laptop. Told him my phone was not internet connected as I found it to distracting and he hung up without a goodbye.I suspect the thought of a work issued laptop put him off as it would have good security and catch the rogue link he wanted to send me?
This number was used to call me with unsolicited and incorrect "information" about my supposed "PPI refund".

SCAM / SPAM Long pause at the start to begin the recording, then very dodgy sounding HMRC call, you have a fraud case open in your name, press 1 to connect to advisor, not pressing 1 will trigger an arrest warrant! Note to the spammers, at least make it sound real when you play the message!
