SCAM They called me claiming to be BT Open Reach phoning about issues with my router. They did not know anything about my router as they asked irrelevant questions which do not apply to my Virgin router. very suspicious. I hung up on them before it went too far.

This number called this morning and the recorded message must have started before the answerphone greeting had finished with the result that I only got a very small part of the message left. However, he then asked if I had received my renewal paperwork, so I asked if he could tell me who my energy supplier was (I have recently changed suppliers, so would not be expecting any renewal paperwork yet). He said he would call me back - I said no, I can hold on, so he hung up. If that s not suspicious, what is?!
