Try’s to tell you there’s a CCJ against you for unpaid fees to an advertising company (community council advertising working in connection with National crime prevention) recons bailiffs will be attending at 9am. This number rang my mobile at 9.52am (21/4/23) - but on answering it came up as not allowed and shows as a missed call, so that raised a red flag. Initial research came up as a Sarah Oakley on LinkedIn advertising vacancies in the UK . However, this next search as come up as from being in Russia, making me even more suspicious of who or why they are calling as I have no connection to Russia or Sarah.
This number called a number of times now I don’t even answer the phone.

Housing maintenance scam? Called them back several times and calls were answered by different people each time. They then called me back and asked for my wife by her first name. They said they were calling people who rented council property and asked if this was still the case with my house......which is a private house and always has been. Now blocked.

Hard to tell if it was a scam or not but was not persistent in trying to convince me into anything he was offering, gave me 3 offers, a discounted rate on a tablet, declined with reasoning he was fine with that, discounted rate on a Samsung smart watch, once again declined with reasoning and he was fine, then a rate
