I ve had previous call about windows scrappage scheme from this same number but today I ve had 4 calls before lunchtime, with the usual how many windows and doors have you got, we will give you money off spiel, when I said I m not looking to get it done I get the "maybe in a few years" they don t take no for an answer, he s already called back to say he will call when my husband is in, then he s called back and apologised for calling, then again but hung up, surely something can be done to block this number
Turns out it's the Federation of Small Businesses. They call you if you started to fill out an application but didn't complete it.

Rang on a Saturday afternoon, didn’t get to it in time. Rang it back to get a message saying this number does not take calls. Blocked it.
Keep calling I answered and said hello they didn’t speak, so hung up then they called again but silent so I pressed 1471 and it gave me this number so I called it and a lady answered and said she didn’t call me! Very annoying
