Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1413672xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident Management Services, accident chasers - insurance marketing. If they stay on the phone long enough, tell them you are another person answering the phone for you, it is not your phone and say you are deceased. I have found that helps stop it in a lot of cases. I was going to try it here but they put the phone down too quickly.

Called me today. They knew my full name and postcode (very old one as I don't live there for 4 years now). She said they were calling about bank charges refund. I said I have no PPI but she said is bank charges that I pay on my bank account. She wanted to know what bank I have, type of account and year I was born.
