Follow up call from FGW Customer Services, updating me on my complaint.

Just had a call from this number, an asian lady called Kate Brown(???) who said that my IP address was being used by others around the world so they will be cancelling user licence on my IP address. The second option was they will talk me through how to block so I wont be compromised. Told her that I was computer illiterate and could she ring back later and speak to my hubby. Yes, they are still operating and looks like they are having a New Year hunt for more people to con, as several friends have had calls from them over the past few days. I take great delight in stringing them along for as long as possible, listening to them get more and more frustrated as I keep asking questions about their blocking box . This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.
