If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.

This number has called me over 100 times asking for a person by another name. They are rude to me saying that I do not know what I am talking about, they out the phone down when I say I will report them. Just took one of these calls. After reading from a script about a survey, they were polite enough to ask "Are you ready for the first question?". I replied "No!". They hung up :)
