They overcharge, they make up charges, their staff are rude, customer service is non existent and they charge you for your bin collections even when they don't turn up. If you leave them they set debt collection agents on you!

This is a legitimate business number but it is being spoofed - BEWARE
Im sick of calls from this number, so I blocked it, now they leave voicemails every day, if this carries on I will get them done for harassment.
DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER Fraud call. Pretending to be BT with a fault in the internet. I happen to have a fault so nearly fell for it, tried to get me to download a programme which would have infected my computer and obtained bank details. Have informed BT the callers were rude and offensive when I questioned their activity.
